Are you a great multitasker and administrator? We are searching for someone to assist part-time in record keeping, invoicing and general administration for our studios in Padstow. If this sounds like you, check out the position details below.
Position Title: Administration Assistant
Hours: 10-15 per week (preferably across four days)
Reports to: 2BACR Management Committee
The admin assistant manages the day-to-day operations of the station. This includes issuing invoices and paying bills, coordinating with presenters and the management committee, and assisting with materials for regulatory bodies and industry organisations. Your tasks may also include writing grant applications and building 2BACR's network of local sponsors.
Our dream admin assistant will be:
Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
Able to work with a diverse mix volunteers, supporters and community organisations
Enthusiastic about building a community radio station that represents the diversity of the Bankstown and Auburn area
Proficient in MS Office and confident in using MYOB
Experienced in (or willing to learn) grant writing and sponsorship acquisition
